We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager β Deployment Coordinator to lead the nationwide rollout of a large -scale practice management platform across a major U.S. veterinary healthcare network. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and scalable deployment across hundreds of locations. The Deployment Coordinator will collaborate with cross -functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities that minimize disruptions and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>- Deployment Planning:<\/b> Develop and manage comprehensive deployment plans for thousands of locations nationwide, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
<\/li>- Cross -Functional Coordination:<\/b> Work closely with Program Management, Product Management, Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Training, and Support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of deployment activities.
<\/li>- Testing Oversight:<\/b> Ensure all required testing is completed during deployment to guarantee application stability and performance.
<\/li>- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:<\/b> Track and resolve issues that arise during deployment, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
<\/li>- Risk Management:<\/b> Identify potential risks and obstacles, implement mitigation strategies, and develop contingency plans to minimize downtime.
<\/li>- Compliance Assurance:<\/b> Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards throughout the deployment process.

Requirements<\/h3>
Education:<\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
<\/li><\/ul>Experience:<\/b>
<\/p>- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on large -scale technology deployments.
<\/li> - Proven track record of coordinating multi -site rollouts in healthcare, retail, or similar industries.
<\/li> - Experience managing cross -functional teams and complex timelines.
