• 3 years of experience leading cloud-based RPA/AI Project implementations in the federal government sector.

Experience:

• Led enterprise RPA implementations using UiPath on AWS, establishing a Center of Excellence and managing automation lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Delivered over 65 bots, reducing 60K FTE hours annually with $6M+ ROI.
• Managed teams of 40+, oversaw Agile delivery, and integrated Intelligent OCR (ABBYY, UiPath DU) and Microsoft AI tools.

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
