Job Duties:

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget. Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. May consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. (385.33547).

 

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager -related occupation.

• Data visualization utilizing EazyBI and Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables;
• Jira Queries, Jira Structures and Jira Boards;
• NetSuite development process: validation of requirements, discovery to delivery, continuous integration and continuous delivery processes, and enablement of downstream teams;
• Software Development processes including Agile Methodologies and Scrum;
• JQL;
• Figma, Confluence and Microsoft Power Point;
• Project management, including stakeholder management, project execution, project monitoring and tracking, and project closure;
• Risk management for customers and product teams, including issue escalation and resolution;
• NetSuite and NetSuite Saved Search;
• Debugging and Trouble Shooting; and
• Enterprise resource planning including supply chain management, inventory and shipping.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
