Job Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget. Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation. Position requires:

1. Technical understanding to bridge engineering and stakeholder needs;
2. Block diagram level understanding of the technologies;
3. Agile/Scrum development methodologies;
4. Drives clearly defined intra- team issues to resolution with support;
5. Ability to set milestones and goals and drive on time project delivery;
6. Deliver small-scale projects with regular guidance from immediate manager/Senior TPM;
7. Compile roadmap data for their respective team autonomously and proactively;
8. Create & maintain project documentation following organizational best practices;
9. Ability to lead operational meetings, oversee large-scale company-wide initiatives and ensure progress against these in supported teams, and manage service ticket dashboards; and
10. Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on program status, including progress, risks, and issues, up to Director Level.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $101,317 to $141,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.
