That’s why we need you, a seasoned Program Manager who can ensure our Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity program achieves success.

As a lead Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding enterprise network and cybersecurity operations for the Army. You’llΒ provideΒ management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadershipΒ forΒ large scaleΒ enterprise network operations, modernization and cybersecurityΒ programs.Β You'llΒ work directly withΒ Army clientsΒ and stakeholdersΒ to help ensure tasks are managed effectively.Β You'llΒ empower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meetsΒ quality standards.Β You'llΒ engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress.Β You'llΒ write and deliver executive leadership level communications and briefings.Β

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projectsΒ 

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degreeΒ inΒ Project ManagementΒ orΒ IT

  • DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification

  • PMI Certification, such as PgMPΒ orΒ PMP

  • ITIL 4 FoundationΒ andΒ Managing ProfessionalΒ Framework Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience withΒ AgileΒ methodologies and project tools

  • ExperienceΒ developing and writingΒ Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)Β 

  • ExperienceΒ reviewing vendor proposalsΒ andΒ vendor managementΒ to align contracts and SLAs

  • Experience withΒ performanceΒ based and awardΒ feeΒ contractsΒ 

  • Knowledge ofΒ DoDΒ project or program management practices

  • Ability toΒ leadΒ large, multifunctional teamsΒ of 150+Β personnel, workΒ independently, andΒ anticipate, mitigate, and resolveΒ risks and conflicts across workstreams

  • Master's degreeΒ inΒ Project ManagementΒ orΒ IT

  • SAFeΒ Program ConsultantΒ Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
