Your role at Clorox:
The Product Owner for Recruiting is an experienced problem solver responsible for defining and driving the near- and longer-term vision and roadmap for Cloroxβs recruiting technology. This role sits within Cloroxβs People (HR) Technology team and will work closely with key stakeholders across Recruiting, IT, Communications, HR, and the rest of the People Technology team. Success in this role includes deeply understanding the usersβ needs in this space and translating those needs into multi-year roadmap based in Workday Recruiting that is deeply rooted in enhancing user experience while considering external trends and future Clorox needs so that the technology can continue to scale with the organization.In this role, you will:
Define and execute the recruiting technology roadmap, initially centered on Workday Recruiting and ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with Cloroxβs HR priorities and technology strategy.
Serve as the primary technology partner to the Recruiting team, managing product planning, backlog, testing, and release coordination in partnership with HR and IT.
Drive user-centered design by conducting research, analyzing feedback, and identifying enhancements to processes and configuration.
Write user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and lead agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features.
Independently configure and maintain Workday Recruiting and ServiceNow TA components, including business processes, reports, tasks, and integrations.
Oversee recruiting technology contentβmicrosites, communications, knowledge bases, and request intakeβto streamline workflows and improve experience.
Stay current with Workday and ServiceNow roadmaps, identifying opportunities for future adoption and innovation.
Monitor the broader recruiting technology landscape to recommend emerging solutions that align with Cloroxβs long-term goals.
Make informed prioritization decisions balancing business value, risk, and capacity.
Partner with change management and communications teams to ensure awareness, readiness, and adoption of new features or process changes.
Maintain standard documentation, including process maps, decision logs, and design artifacts, to support knowledge continuity.
May manage a small team (1β2 direct reports) supporting delivery and operations.
What we look for:
5+ years of demonstrated Workday Recruiting configuration experience (Workday Pro certification preferred).
1+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Bachelorβs degree preferred or comparable work experience
Deep understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle and associated business processes.
Experience using agile methodologies to manage backlogs, refine requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success developing and executing a recruiting technology roadmap informed by user research and business strategy.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to assess needs, manage intake, and prioritize effectively.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
βZone A: $106,700 - $204,900
βZone B: $97,800 - $187,900
βZone C: $88,900 - $170,800
