Where You’ll Work

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Denver Colorado with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

What You'll Deliver

  • Own business-critical platform capabilities spanning Salesforce-centric workflows across Sales, Renewals, Partner, Support, and Finance use casesΒ 

  • Develop deep product knowledge and act as the voice of the market and customer across the organizationΒ 

  • Analyze market segments and partner with leadership to prioritize opportunitiesΒ 

  • Own andΒ maintainΒ aΒ multi‑yearΒ product vision and roadmap aligned to business goalsΒ 

  • Define product positioning in collaboration with product marketing, sales, and customer successΒ 

  • Create clear, detailed user stories and requirements rooted in real customer problemsΒ 

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies to drive predictable deliveryΒ 

  • Track releases, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigationΒ plansΒ across teamsΒ 

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product discovery, feature development, and sunsetting legacy solutionsΒ 

  • Use competitive and win/loss analysis to inform product and process improvementsΒ 

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to address market threatsΒ

What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in agile environmentsΒ 

  • Experience working with and strong knowledge of Salesforce platform

  • Strong technical aptitude and passion for buildingΒ high‑qualityΒ productsΒ 

  • Metrics‑driven, with strong analytical andΒ problem‑solvingΒ skillsΒ 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable directionΒ 

  • Experience working withΒ cross‑functionalΒ stakeholders and driving alignment across teamsΒ 

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, make clearΒ trade‑offs, and communicate constraints effectivelyΒ 

  • Comfortable engaging a wide range of stakeholders and proactively seeking inputΒ 

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, M365, and Teams

  • Bachelor’s degree or higherΒ 

Nice-to-haves:

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.

In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
