This position drives the identification and implementation of Customer Operations improvement opportunities to help achieve its long-term strategic goals. This position is responsible for driving the execution of high-impact and visible initiatives across Customer Operations and solves complex problems by identifying innovative solutions. Uses and coaches the agile methodology. Β Interprets business issues and recommends best practices to leaders.
Provides advice and leadership with regard to strategy, management and operations as well as the structure of a business.Β They analyze and identify problems, research and collect data, prepare business proposals, manage projects and programs.Β They recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization.Β Consults with the client to ascertain the need or problem area plus determine the scope of investigation required to obtain a solution.Β Consultants analyze data to define solutions and examine alternate methods as well.

Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $156,300.00Β
