Expected salary range for this position is $90,101 to $126,141 annually.

Evaluates user and behavioral data to determine patterns and user journeys. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions that support digital acquisition strategies. Β |

Will design, build, and refine user audiences using personalization platforms that support digital engagement campaigns. They will then use those audiences to help design digital engagement campaigns based on behavior and analytics. Β |

Collaborates with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other departments to gather requirements needed to solve business problems. Β |

Analyzes digital engagement results. Use results to make recommendations on planning, optimization and personalization of delivery demand generation goals and prospect/member experience across our online platforms. Β |

Accountable for defining user stories (business requirements) and participating in scrum team meetings to ensure delivery of product enhancements. Maintain a roadmap of future capabilities for personalization tools. Β |

Collaborate with stakeholders & SMEs to develop experience performance strategy, corresponding journeys and playbook. |
