Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications.Β Β With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuitsβ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.
Mini-Circuitsβ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.
As the marketing manager for both the Portable Test Equipment (PTE) & High Power Amplifier (HPA) product lines, primary responsibility (60%) is to market existing & new products to drive awareness for transactional business, capture sales synergies by cross-DBU product lines, and marketing/managing product promotions/marcom plans and all go-to-market plans for products to achieve revenue forecasts. Secondary responsibilities (40%) include creating and managing business and product solution strategies to deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and diversification.Β Key responsibilities include: defining, aligning, and executing marketing plans for product lines to drive revenue growth; defining, communicating, validating with key customers and overseeing Mini-Circuits' 3-5 product and technology roadmaps and product line strategy; developing product line revenue forecasts and driving the sales organization to achieve the same.
