We are specifically looking for healthcare product marketing candidates with experience in RCM, BI, Add-Ons, Virtual Care, and AI.

Responsibilities for the Product Marketing Manager

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and refine product messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the companyโ€™s value proposition for its BI and RCM solutions
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications and Content team to create compelling content (e.g., case studies, pitch decks, collateral, website copy, and emails) to communicate and promote the core EHR productsโ€™ value and benefits effectively
  • Differentiate our products from competitors through clear and innovative positioning

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Organizational Readiness

  • Own and manage the end-to-end GTM process for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all teams are aligned and equipped for successful launches.
  • Develop and maintain launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.

Market & Customer Research

  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Gather and analyze customer insights through surveys, interviews, and usage data
  • Share actionable insights with product and marketing teams to influence roadmap and strategy

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Develop and deliver training materials to empower the sales team with knowledge about products, positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Create and maintain sales tools such as playbooks, case studies, and ROI calculators
  • Partner with sales leaders to address feedback and improve enablement initiatives

ย Marketing Campaign Design & Execution

  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness and adoption
  • Align marketing campaigns with bookings goals for both new logo sales and customer cross-sell goals
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights

Qualifications of the Product Marketing Manager

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably product marketing roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the Behavioral Health B2B SaaS industry; including trends, key players, and best practices
  • Experience in revenue cycle management healthcare products preferred
  • Experience in market research, customer analysis, and segmentation for healthcare SaaS solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market and customer insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training to sales teams
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools)

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging

  • Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work effectively with others who are executing work.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
