Job Description

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for telling the world about our products' story. With a deep understanding of our church customers and the competitive market, your mission is to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for our B2B SaaS products and features. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and customer success, you will foster strong connections between teams to deliver consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. Your work will directly enable us to better serve our customer churches with better communication, and give us the resources to build better products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic positioning, messaging, and differentiation of the Tithe.yΒ product suite.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, updates, and initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, sales, and support
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive product adoption, feature usage, and customer retention
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate complex features into user-centric benefits that resonate with ministry leaders and decision-makers
  • Create compelling content including sales decks, battle cards, email sequences, landing pages, blog posts, video scripts, and webinars
  • Equip the sales and support teams with tools, training, and messaging to effectively engage prospects and customers
  • Own the voice of the customerβ€”conduct interviews, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform positioning and product improvements
  • Stay on top of competitor offerings and market trends to identify opportunities and defend market share
  • Define and track KPIs related to marketing performance, customer engagement, and product adoption; provide regular reporting and strategic insights
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand alignment and leverage shared channels for broader reach

Qualifications

  • Communicate Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, and is effective in a variety of communication settings.

  • Make Quality Decisions -Considers all relevant factors and uses appropriate decision-making criteria and principles.

Technical Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of product marketing or relevant marketingΒ experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Proactive team player who thrives in a mission-driven environment

Preferred

  • Experience or passion for church technology

Additional Information

The starting annual salary for this role is betweenΒ $75,000-$95,000.Β
