Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Β Other duties may be assigned.Β
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Business, Finance, or Mathematics.Β 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing experience.Β Involvement with omni-channel retails is a plus.Β Core skillset in requirement writing, quality assurance, site merchandising, or related tasks. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong Excel and data visualization skills. Experience in Microsoft Office programs and Google Suite products is a must.Β Experience navigating and interpreting web analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics). Strong project management skills via Jira, PivotalTracker, or similar project tracking software.
The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position.Β Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicantβs education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
Compensation: $85,500.00 - $114,000.00Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPIβs.Β
