As a Product Manager Tech in our Enterprise Engineering organization, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide product initiatives that transform how Amazonians work. You will drive product innovation, shape the future of enterprise productivity tools, and champion AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key job responsibilities
As a Product Manager-Tech, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for enterprise solutions.
This includes identifying opportunities for AI implementation across Amazon's internal tools, prioritizing features based on business impact, and creating comprehensive product roadmaps. You'll need to stay current with the rapidly evolving software landscape and translate user features into business requirements to deliver functionality that will enhance Amazonian productivity.
In addition to gathering and synthesizing requirements, you will define success metrics and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives. A crucial aspect of your role will be managing relationships with senior leadership, effectively communicating product strategy, and driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing user data, and making data-driven decisions to guide product development. You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and iteration, ensuring that products meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing launch plans, creating product documentation, and establishing processes for measuring and reporting on product performance and adoption metrics.

- 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
