Main responsibilities:
As a Product Manager focused on Retail Operations and Data Products, you will work at the intersection of retail operations, data, and technology to drive measurable improvements in operational performance. You will partner closely with business, operations, technology, data science, and other product managers to translate operational needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will define how operational metrics are structured and surfaced, enabling leaders to quickly identify issues, understand drivers, and take action. You will operate as a team player, collaborating cross-functionally and influencing alignment across teams. Your ability to break down complex problems and convert data into clear, actionable insights will play a critical role in enabling better decision-making and execution across retail operations. - Retail Operations Problem Solving: Dive into retail workflows such as inventory management, shrink reduction, product handling, and store execution to understand pain points, identify gaps, and define solutions that improve operational performance
- Product Ownership: Own delivery of defined product components from concept through launch, working closely with senior product managers to ensure alignment with overall product direction and business goals
- Product Definition: Translate retail operations needs into clear product requirements, define scope and success criteria, and prioritize solutions that drive measurable operational impact
- Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to product roadmap and prioritization by aligning initiatives with retail operations priorities such as inventory accuracy, shrink and execution consistency
- Product Research: Analyze operational metrics, stakeholder inputs, and field feedback to inform product direction and ensure solutions are grounded in real-world retail challenges
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with business, retail operations, engineering, and data teams to refine solutions, resolve dependencies, and drive execution
- Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain alignment across stakeholders by communicating progress, gathering feedback, and ensuring solutions are practical and usable, working closely with senior product managers to stay aligned on direction and priorities
- Operational Impact & Iteration: Monitor product performance, incorporate feedback from store and business teams, and continuously refine solutions to improve outcomes
- Operate in Ambiguity: Navigate evolving priorities, ask the right questions, and bring structure to complex operational problem spaces
- Operational Responsibilities: Contribute to product development lifecycle activities including:
- Leading product discussions and participating in kickoff sessions with business and engineering teams
- Translating product direction into clear and actionable requirements for development
- Ensuring features align with defined objectives and operational needs
- Defining clear acceptance criteria and success measures for delivered solutions
- Identifying dependencies and coordinating across related initiatives Β
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3β5 years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data to support decision-making.
- Experience translating business or operational needs into product solutions or requirements.
- Familiarity with product and data tools and querying languages (e.g., SQL, BI tools, Jira)
- Experience building or contributing to dashboards, reporting, or data-driven products
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with business and technical teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Exposure to retail operations, supply chain, or store-facing processes.
- Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience.
- Exceptional ability to operate as a team player and build strong relationships across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively.
