As a Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the execution of critical features that directly ensure we are creating the best resident and PM experience in the single family rental market. 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping high-impact features for externally facing products, ideally within a rapidly scaling or market-launch context.
Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs to communicate effectively and confidently with engineering teams, especially as it pertains to complex transaction flows like leasing.
Demonstrated execution skills including writing clear product requirement specs, managing feature backlogs, and delivering projects on time with a strong bias for action and clarity.
Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Data-driven approach with experience analyzing user behavior, feature performance metrics, and A/B testing results to drive a relentless focus on outcomes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders while maintaining operational rigor.
Customer-centric mindset with experience gathering user feedback and incorporating it into feature development, particularly for critical user journeys like signing a lease.
