Description

Based in our Boulder, CO office as Product Manager - North America Mag & Vortex, you will work closely with global marketing, customer support, sales, business development managers, and customers to drive adoption of Rosemount Magnetic & Vortex flow meters.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Define and own multi-year growth roadmap targeting revenue, whitespace penetration, and core business growth for the mag & vortex flow product lines.

  • Conduct market segmentation, win/loss analysis, and customer interviews to identify high-impact use cases and whitespace.

  • Manage sales campaigns focusing on unit and revenue growth, manage product pricing, and drive demand in the North America market.

  • Collaborate with global engineering and product development to prioritize features, reliability improvements, and cost optimization that unlock growth.

  • Create sales tools, ROI calculators, training, and field pilots to increase conversion and upsell rates.

  • Define KPIs (ARR, win rate, deal size, churn, adoption metrics) and run experiments to validate assumptions and scale winners.

  • Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and distribution partners to expand reach and co-sell opportunities.

  • Influence without direct authority across R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and customer success to deliver commercial outcomes.

  • Deliver technical training to new field and inside sales teams on product features, applications, pricing and competitive positioning.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, technical sales, or related positions in the industrial automation or instrumentation industry.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, GTM launches, or scaling product lines in North America.

  • Solid grasp of Mag & Vortex flow technologies, measurement principles, and common industrial use cases.

  • Comfortable with data analysis, financial modeling, and A/B style experiments to inform decisions.

  • Strong written and verbal skills for executive presentations, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically to customer sites, trade shows, and partner meetings.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $86,000 - $122,800, annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
