Drive the vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap and deliver key product outcomes for a specific product.
Partner with engineering and other IT functions, UX, analytics, marketing, operations, and clinicians to build solutions that deliver value for the organization and our consumers.
Gather and build requirements, build backlogs, and prioritize work
Navigate roadblocks to keep teams working
Leverage market data and customer feedback to inform and guide future product/feature development.
Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
Participate in research in testing to understand customer pain points and identify opportunities for improvement β be the customerβs advocate β¦ always.
Leverage market data and product analytics to understand how customers use the product and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations.
Proactively manage and monitor product and operational risks (regulatory, security, operational, etc.) to prevent and/or mitigate risks to the customer and business.
Monitor and manage product schedules, scope and budget and delivering as scheduled.
Manage and coordinate across various functions ensuring that groups outside the core product team are included in the journey.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Additional Job Description:
- Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
- Experience managing immediate teams and schedules through influence.
- Proven ability to facilitate team meetings, recap for team alignment, and drive conversations with efficiency
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch (including release plans), driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and participating in design discussions.
- Experience influencing decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including product management, engineering, UX/UI, operations, finance, or marketing
- You are a great communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to partners at all levels
- You know how to encourage, empower, and support a team to get things done
- You can connect dots and people across the organization to help coordinate forward movement of your product
- You thrive in ambiguity while helping your team create a clear path forward
- Youβve worked in digital before and have experience leading in an agile environment.
