This individual will oversee the entire product lifecycleβfrom concept and development to launch and post-launch analysisβensuring alignment with market demands, customer expectations, and company goals. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, R&D, sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver best-in-class solutions.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Development
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Conduct in-depth market research to uncover customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and development tasks.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to assess feasibility and ensure timely product delivery.
Lifecycle Management
Manage all phases of the product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, enhancement, and retirement.
Oversee product updates, new features, and end-of-life strategies.
Track and analyze product performance metrics to drive data-informed improvements.
Market and Customer Engagement
Act as the customer advocate within the organization, gathering and applying feedback to enhance product offerings.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
Equip the sales team with training, tools, and insights to effectively communicate product value and differentiate in the market.
Collaboration and Communication
Serve as a central point of contact across internal departments to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
Communicate product vision, plans, and performance updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field .
3β5 years of product management experience, preferably in video surveillance, mobile transportation, or B2B technology sectors.
Skills and Competencies
Deep understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and act on market and performance data.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Proven success working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
Experience with security and video surveillance systems; knowledge of mobile transportation surveillance is a significant advantage.
Technical Proficiency
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
