Senior Product Manager

We are disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative and are looking for a Product Manager of Internal Tools to join us in building the next generation of intimates.

Responsibilities
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Serve as the primary Product Owner for internal tools that support business operations for Customer Support, Retail, and others as projects arise
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Develop and manage a roadmap for internal-facing tools that enhance workflows, increase transparency, and reduce manual overhead.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Drive product development for Customer Support tooling, ensuring consistent access controls, monitoring, and standardized workflows across teams.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Build and iterate on Retail-facing internal tools that provide visibility into real-time and historical inventory movements between warehouses and stores.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Define and maintain integration logic to support internal tools from source systems, including ERP, Warehouse Management Systems, 3rd Party APIs, POS Systems, and Ecommerce Platforms.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Collaborate closely with engineering teams to scope projects, triage issues, and manage delivery through Agile development practices.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Own ticket intake and triage process for internal tool requests; prioritize backlog items and partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes to validate features prior to production release.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Lead pilot programs for new tool rollouts; consolidate stakeholder feedback and iterate on features to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Draft clear and comprehensive product specifications and user stories.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Create and maintain documentation for internal tools, workflows, and training guides.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Provide clear updates on project status, and feature rollout schedules.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and reduce friction through automation.

Desired Relative Experience
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Strong understanding of internal systems and tools used by Customer Support, Operations, Retail, and other teams.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Prior experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred), and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Familiarity with business process design, data flows, and cross-functional collaboration across tech and business teams.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Experience working with internal ticketing systems, sprint management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear), and support workflows.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Comfortable leading UAT efforts and capturing qualitative feedback to inform future development.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Exposure to integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft) and lightweight reporting or alerting frameworks.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Basic working knowledge of APIs, data structures, and process monitoring tools.

Requirements
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Product, Engineering, or a related field.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  5-7 years of product management experience, preferably focused on internal tools or operational systems.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and deliver high-quality tools that scale with the business.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
