Job Purpose:
This position is the key driver of strategy development and execution for the Wealth Management strategic plan.Β This is a critical role assisting the business transformation and adding business unit capacity to execute necessary changes. Participate in the development of product strategy development and execution, leading coordination of all functions that impact product design, marketing, sales and service.

- Synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific business requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs.
- Serve as business owner of proposed solutions for major strategic initiatives, end-to-end from strategic vision through implementation.Β
- Participate in setting project objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of projects, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope.
- Support functional projects and transformational initiatives to ensure strategic alignment.
- Build consultative working relationships with internal and external business partners; challenge business assumptions and establish an effective fact-based decision making process.
- Own resource capacity.
- Stays abreast of existing and emerging corporate information technologies and systems to assess their impact on the business needs.
- Identifies, creates and implements product tools and processes that support product and service.
- Serve as a point person for sales staff, operations and underwriter requests for information and reports.
- Provide support and input into product development/enhancements based upon marketplace acceptance, marketplace need, emerging directions and competitive environment.
Develop or provide industry expertise in understanding our wealth management solutions and provide support in efforts to evolve our offerings.
Develop and provide subject matter expertise to drive projects and assist key stakeholders in understanding their respective deliverables.
Support effective project management for the institutional wealth management solutions enforcing discipline in delivering clear documentation, milestones, and a focus on execution.
Support consistent project launch approach that will provide and monitor attributes to determine success.
Ability to effectively support a team to deliver effective project management with an agile approach.
Support the review and mitigate vendor performance, costing/invoicing, quality, risk, contract compliance/enforcement/updates, financial viability.
Support the onboarding of new products and services/work or discontinuance of legacy products and services
Support improvements (productivity, cost, quality, service) at vendors to the benefit of the organization.
Serve as the key point of contact with assigned Retirement Product Boards and other external contacts, continually enhancing and building upon overall business relationships as measured through retention
Consultant:
- Provides advice with regards to strategy, management and operations, as well as the structure of a business. They analyze and identify problems, research and collect data, prepare business proposals, manage projects and programs. They recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization. Consults with client to ascertain define need or problem areas plus determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution. Consultants analyze data to define solution and examine alternate methods as well.

Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Strong business acumen β ability to understand business fundamentals and implications of change.

- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams.

$102,200.00 - $153,300.00
