Job Summary:
As Product Manager, you will serve as the steward of your assigned product portfolio, guiding each offering through its complete lifecycleβfrom ideation and development through commercialization, optimization, and eventual retirement. This role is vital to RectorSealβs success and requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
This is a product manager role deeply embedded in product development and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will steer products from concept through commercialization, integrating strategic planning with tactical execution in close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, quality, finance, and production teams. This hybrid, salaried position requires an office presence 3-4 times per work week. The work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
