Location: Palo Alto, CA (Onsite, 5 days per week)

Salary: $125K – $190K base, plus competitive equity

What You Will Do

• Act as the bridge between engineering teams and government/enterprise clients.

• Work directly with customers to deeply understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities.

• Translate customer needs into actionable product solutions tailored for high-impact delivery.

• Collaborate with AI engineers to scope, develop, and deliver solutions that align with platform capabilities and product strategy.

• Represent the product to customers through demos, trainings, and ongoing partnership.

• Provide structured feedback to platform engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, consulting, or operations at high-growth startups or top-tier firms.

• Strong track record working directly with government, military, Department of Defense, or adjacent organizations.

• Experience interfacing closely with engineering and design teams.

• Comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity as an individual contributor.

• Excellent communicator with proven ability to manage relationships with enterprise or government clients.

• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated academic performance.

Preferred

• Prior military service or direct experience working with the military.

• Deep personal interest in AI, with active use of modern AI tools.

• Experience at VC-backed, venture-scale startups.
