As a Product Manager in Global Security, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Support and build multi-year product roadmaps incorporating new technologies into the strategic direction for their productΒ 
  • Craft exciting, polished, and effective PowerPoint presentations for Executive leadersΒ 
  • Perform complex reporting data analysis; understand/synthesize/infer/present resultsΒ 
  • Understand applications and how they are implemented at scale globallyΒ 
  • Partner with technology, operations, and other product managers or product delivery managers on key strategic initiatives
  • Support program management across the Global Security Product teamΒ 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Outstanding communication, synthesis, and presentation skills, both written and oralΒ 
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal stakeholders across multiple lined of business and external vendorsΒ 
  • Self-starter who is able to work with general direction and will follow up with questionsΒ 
  • Sound decision-making to critically think through a problem and the intellectual curiosity to pursue the solutionΒ 
  • The aptitude to multi-task and learn new software, hardware, and processes quickly and simultaneously; a willingness to progress/flex/expand responsibilities; a high standard of integrity and dependability working autonomously in ambiguous high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Strong experience with Microsoft office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and ProjectΒ 
  • Experience with system design, scaling, and deploymentΒ 
  • Knowledge of firm wide security operationsΒ 
  • Experience implementing and onboarding new vendor toolsΒ 
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed organizationΒ
