Join our CIB Digital Enablement Controls Product team to play a pivotal role in Β understanding and mitigating tech risks and upholding operational excellence the firm expects from their technology owners.Β As aΒ Product Control Technology lead you will be responsible to understanding the CIB Digital Enablement group underlying infrastructure and ensure we are mitigating risks in line with the firms standards in TLM, cyber, compliance and regulatory. By partnering with various stakeholders, including Corporate Technology, Application Owners, Product Owners and Control Managers, you will contribute to the reporting of a comprehensive view of technology risk posture and its impact on the business. Your advanced knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and theories will enable you to help drive innovative solutions and effectively help a diverse team in a dynamic and evolving risk landscape.

Job responsibilities
- Ensure effective identification, quantisation, communication, and management of technology risk, focusing on root cause analysis and assist resolution recommendations.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships, becoming a trusted partner with technologists, controls and assessments teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and progress toward shared goals.
- Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements, offering senior management oversight
- Proactively monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance
- Produce an effective forum across the technology group to obtain the necessary information on firm identified TLM or technology fixes required.Β
- Ensure firm standards are met in terms of resolving TLM or problems identified.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cyber/information security, or related field, emphasizing risk identification, assessment, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and technology regulatory requirements.
- Proficient knowledge and expertise in data security, risk assessment & reporting, controls evaluation, design, execution and governance, with a proven record of understanding ultimate risk.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level strategic decision making and translating technology insights into business strategies for senior executive.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with technology control governance and understanding the implications at a business and technical level.
- Experience with some data report tooling like Alteryx or Tableau.
- Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence helpful.
