Own and drive the product roadmap for critical user-facing tax experiences from ideation to execution.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Tax Analysts, and GTM teams to deliver products that are functional, usable, and delightful.
Translate complex tax regulations and workflows into intuitive software experiences.
Use customer research, data insights, and feedback loops to define features and prioritize product iterations.
Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Ensure the companyβs products comply with all necessary regulations and deliver exceptional value to users.
Champion the voice of the customer at every stage of the product development process.
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
Strong technical fluency and comfort collaborating with engineering teams on complex systems.
Demonstrated success shipping consumer-facing products that involve regulated workflows or sensitive user data.
Exceptional communication skillsβyou can translate between business, technical, and user perspectives with ease.
High agency, self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and wear multiple hats.
Deep empathy for users, and a belief that taxes should be transparent, fair, and user-friendly.
Prior experience in fintech, tax, or financial wellness products.
Exposure to early-stage or 0-to-1 product development environments.
Familiarity with compliance-heavy or high-trust product domains.
Salary: $160,000 β $240,000 (depending on experience)
