Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end standard methodologies.

Β The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Enterprise Services Team, the Product Manager for CDTS 2.0, you will lead the modernization of DTCC’s Client Data Transformation Services platform - an enterprise-grade, machine-to-machine data orchestration engine that automates the ingestion, transformation, and distribution of client data across critical business systems. Β 

This platform plays a critical role for DTCC and the industry by ensuring high-quality, validated data flows securely and efficiently between internal and external systems.Β 

You will reimagine CDTS as a modern, resilient, distributed, cloud-native solution, migrating capabilities from legacy mainframe infrastructure to scalable, API-driven architectures. This includes driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy to support real-time data processing, intelligent validation, and integration with other platforms and business applications. Your leadership will directly impact DTCC’s digital transformation agenda and the client experience across the enterprise.Β

Your Primary Responsibilities:Β 

  • Ultimately accountable for the innovative enterprise platform for DTCC's Client Data Transformation Services platform
  • Partner with cross-functional collaborators to ensure the execution of the strategy and achievement of business goals
  • Provide support to external and internal customers, acting as the platform's evangelist
  • Provide clarity with DTCC Leadership on the roadmap, critical metrics, operating expenses and overall business value of the platform
  • Ensure the goals and backlog for the squads is aligned to Product Roadmap
  • Help build Platform Management standards.
  • Adheres to the new initiative approval process (NIAP), when applicable
  • Develop, implement, and ultimately lead the product lifecycle management process for the platform. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Work closely with partners to identify gaps/opportunities and identify solutions to address theseΒ 
    • Road test those solutions with internal and external clients to make sure the solutions work for them
    • Prioritize product features and functionalities and manage expectations with partners
    • Support other members of the delivery team as the onsite voice of the customer, resolving queries as they are raised o Partner with internal collaborators to bring platform to market.
    • Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Consistent record of leading large-scale, enterprise-level technology enabled business platforms

  • Demonstrated exceptional conceptual skills with ability to identify, analyze, evaluate alternatives and formulate responses to resolve business and customer problems
  • Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop and conduct presentations for clients and executive management
  • Experience with financial management, P&L management and/or cost allocation strategies
  • Understanding of core technology concepts related to B2B system integration
  • Experience in Agile methodology Foundational knowledge and experience with the technology stack supporting the platform
