Position Summary:ย 
We are seeking aย Product Manager, Clinical Marketing, who will play a central roleย at the intersection of marketing, medical education, and clinical research. This position helps shape how Enterra Medicalโ€™s clinical evidence is communicated to physicians, key opinion leaders, and the commercial organization.ย 

This roleย leadsย the development of messaging, marketing materials, and training resources that reflect Enterra Medicalโ€™s clinical outcomes and supporting evidence. These materials are used for sales enablement, KOL engagement and advisory board initiatives, medical education programming, and activities that increase awarenessย and recruitment for ongoing clinical studies. The Product Manager partners closely with Marketing, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure clinical evidence is communicated clearly, consistently, and appropriately across the organization.ย 

Responsibilities:ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 
Marketing & Clinical Messagingย 

  • Lead development and updates of HCP-facing clinical marketing collateral, clearly communicating mechanism of action,ย appropriate patientย selection, and the clinical evidence behind the therapy.ย 
  • Define the clinical message strategy used across Commercial and Medical Education, informed by study outcomes and publications.ย 
Sales Training & Enablementย 
  • Lead internal clinical training for new and existing sales team members, strengthening disease state knowledge, therapy differentiation, and objection handling.ย 
  • Guideย physician engagement approaches and tailor segment-specific messaging based on distinct HCP customer groups and their clinical priorities.ย 
Medical Education Contentย 
  • Lead content planning for HCP medical education activities, including speaker programs, advisory boards, webinars, and congress initiatives.ย 
  • Partner with Medical Education and Medical Affairs to ensureย mechanismย of action, patient selection, and clinical evidence are accurately represented in HCP programs.ย 
Clinical Study Awareness & Recruitmentย 
  • Lead HCP communication strategy for clinical study awareness and recruitment, grounded in clinical rationale andย appropriate patientย selection.ย 
  • Ensure study messaging and HCP outreach reflect current clinical evidence and align with the broader clinical and commercial narrative.ย 

Position Requirements:ย 

  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical marketing or medical education within healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices required.ย 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required. MBA, MPH, MS, RN or related advanced degree preferred.ย 
  • Ability to translate clinical data into clear and engaging messages.ย 
  • GI specialty preferred.ย 
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Strong understanding of clinical research concepts and patient recruitment pathways.ย 

Total Compensation: $160,000 - $185,000 DOEย
