  • Partner with engineering and design on weekly delivery cycles and same-week content updates.ย

  • Define success metrics and partner with growth analytics on measurement and experimentation.ย

  • Coordinate releases, communication, and rollout across Stand Together community organizations.ย

  • Fluency with product analytics and experimentation.ย

  • Track record of shipping iteratively and partnering closely with engineering and design.ย

  • Strong written communication and the ability to make tradeoffs explicit.ย

  • Background in a startup, early-stage, or entrepreneurial environment.ย

  • Track record of using AI-enabled tools and practices to accelerate your work.ย

  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Standย Together'sย vision and principled approachย to solving problems, and a commitment to stewardingย our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.ย

$130,000 - $180,000 a year

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $130,000โ€“$180,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employeeโ€™s overall contribution to the organization.ย

Our Principles-Based Managementโ„ข (PBM) compensation philosophy is grounded in an individualized approach that rewards the long-term value each person creates for the organization. Consistent with this approach, base salary may vary within or outside of theย anticipatedย range based on these considerations.ย

Our Values:ย Working for an organization within the Stand Together philanthropic community is different from many other places. The culture is deeply rooted in Principle Based Managementยฎ (PBMยฎ), a framework guided by the principles that drive human progress, such as dignity, openness, and bottom-up empowerment. PBMยฎ empowers employees to be entrepreneurial, to innovate, and to continually drive transformation. ย ย
