The Product Manager is an experienced individual contributor who supports the development of digital products and omnichannel experience across Wolverine Worldwideโ€™s brand portfolio. This role works closely with senior product leaders, UX designers, developers, and brand stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product features. The Product Manager contributes to sprint planning, backlog management, and product delivery, using data to inform decisions and improve user experience.

Primary Duties:

  • Support the execution of product strategies by translating business requirements into clear user stories and sprint deliverables.ย 

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams.ย 

  • Support the development and execution of 1โ€“6-month product plans within your domain, translating broader strategic initiatives into actionable tasks. Focus on delivering near-term value and incremental improvements, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision set by senior leadership.ย 

  • Collaborate with UX partners to incorporate research findings into product features and enhancements.ย 

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensureย timelyย and quality delivery.ย 

  • Monitor product performance metrics andย assistย inย identifyingย areas for improvement.ย 

  • Communicate progress, blockers, and updates to team members and stakeholders.ย 

  • Maintain backlog hygiene and ticketing standards; track bugs and budget burn-down.ย 

  • Support vendor coordination and ensure deliverables are met withinย scopeย and timeline.ย 

  • Contribute to A/B testing and data analysis to inform product decisions.ย 

  • Assistย in training and onboarding within the product team.ย 

  • Performsย duties consistent with the companyโ€™s AAP/EEO goals and policies.ย 

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned byย manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in eCommerce or Retail Tech.

  • Working knowledge of Agile software development practices.ย 

  • Strong communicationย skills, both verbal and written.ย 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.ย 

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and A/B testing to inform decisions.ย 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience.ย 

Working Conditions:

ย Normal office conditions.

Wolverine Worldwide offers a flexible hybrid working environment with three days in office and two days remote per week.
