$175,000 - $245,000 + Equity

Revive Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly scaling AI Healthcare company that is transforming how healthcare providers interact with patients through cutting-edge AI agents. Having raised significant funding and experiencing exceptional growth, they're now looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of AI-powered healthcare products.

What You'll Do

  • Own the development of AI-powered products and features from concept through to launch.

  • Work closely with founders, engineering, design and customers to identify problems worth solving and turn them into impactful products.

  • Define and drive the roadmap for AI agents, translating customer feedback into clear product priorities.

  • Lead 0→1 product initiatives across areas such as automation, workflow orchestration, communication platforms and intelligent document processing.

  • Partner directly with customers to understand workflows, run product demos and help shape their AI strategy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products deliver measurable value and support rapid company growth.

What You'll Have

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building and shipping technical products.

  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or high-growth technology companies.

  • Strong product sense with a track record of taking products from idea to market.

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on AI, SaaS, platform or infrastructure products.

  • Ability to engage directly with customers and translate business challenges into product solutions.

  • Bonus points for experience with AI agents, LLMs, Python or TypeScript.
