Product Manager, Agent Transformation Accelerator
MetaOwn the product strategy and roadmap for a product area within a vertical XFN pod (e.g., Finance, Legal, People, Policy, Sales, Partnerships, Comms).
Serve as the co-CEO of the pods alongside the engineering lead β jointly responsible for pod outcomes, staffing, and direction.
Embed with XFN client organizations to discover workflows, map jobs-to-be-done, and prioritize which to automate first.
Define agent quality rubrics in partnership with XFN Champions (domain experts dedicated to the pod).
Drive the Discovery > Production lifecycle β prototype agents, validate with SMEs, graduate to production when quality thresholds are met.
Own adoption and impact metrics for the pod β track both efficiency gains (hours saved, cost reduced) and effectiveness gains (new capabilities enabled, autonomy achieved).
Prototype and build alongside engineers β this is an AI-native team where PMs contribute technically.
Ship weekly demos at Demo Day (Tuesdays) β 5-10 min per pod, ship/pivot/kill.
Partner with Horizontals PM to identify shared infrastructure needs and ensure vertical learnings feed back to the platform.
