Starbridge is looking for our first Product Manager to join our growing team. This person will work closely with our Chief Product Officer, Head of Design, and Head of Engineering alongside the engineering team to shape the future of the Starbridge product.
This role is massive in scope: on any given day, you may spend a few hours going over technical requirements with the engineering team, then work on our roadmap for the next month, and then finish the day with back to back customer interviews.
Define and drive feature development on everything from the core user facing screens of Starbridge to deeply technical backend parts of our data infrastructure.
Work with our Chief Product Officer to drive and define our product roadmap.
Talk to our customers, understand their pain points, and build towards solving them.
Build out and analyze product metrics to understand whatβs working and what isnβt for our customers.
Partner with our Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM teams to structure high impact launches.
Have built great products: You ideally have 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with some of that experience at early stage companies.
Are obsessed with figuring out the answer: Half of nights, youβre awake in bed because you havenβt quite figured out what the problem is yet. The other half, itβs because you havenβt figured out the perfect solution.
Love being a partner: You do what it takes to get the job done and are willing to wear any hat to make that happen. Youβll run customer implementations, act as QA engineer, crunch metrics β whatever it takes to make sure the product succeeds.
Understand the technical details: Youβre in the technical weeds. You could put together a reasonable first draft of rough t-shirt sizings on technical projects. You can explain what a token is and why theyβre used. You can open a browser console log and have a rough idea of what might be going on. You can write decent SQL and arenβt scared of using a terminal.
Ownership: Youβll play a foundational role in building our product culture.
Autonomy: Youβll have space to drive our roadmap and influence the overall direction of the company.
Trajectory: Weβre seeing real traction and scaling fast. Find ways to solve real customer pain and ensure we continue to onboard new customers quickly.
Team: Youβll work with sharp, low-ego teammates who care deeply about craft and industry.
Mission: Help modern companies sell into a $1.5T public sector with better intelligence.
At Starbridge, our mission is to catalyze a new era of publicβprivate partnerships in the $1.5T State, Local, and Education (SLED) market. We build tools that help companies identify early buying signals β from job changes to board meeting mentions β and reach the right person at the right time.
