Description

We are a customer obsessed and hard-working team looking for an experienced Product Manager! Are you a self-starter with a high-reaching mentality, experience in retail, product planning and product development with a keen sense for identifying customer problems worth solving? The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle and carrying out a winning global product strategy for the Testers product group by identifying new business models and accelerating into white spaces with long term sustainable advantage. As global product owners, we get to define the very essence of a product, design solutions to customers’ problems, and work with diverse teams around the world to craft, build, and launch new products. This position is based in Everett, WA; we will consider a hybrid/remote role for the right candidate!Β 

Responsibilities:Β 
  • Drive the development and commercial execution of new products while working closely with vendors, engineering, operations, marketing, e-commerce & sales.
  • Identify critical trends and product leadership opportunities in a competitive landscape. (Including pricing, industry structure, technology/product positioning and advantage).
  • Create and deploy pricing, warranty, subscriptions and end-to-end product life cycle (EOL) policies.
  • Deliver presentations on performance, strategy and customer insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of progressive and broad based product marketing, product development, program management, technical marketing, brand and product leadership experience.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of retail and consumer branded goods
  • Experience marketing products globally with a track record of increasing or creating market share.
  • Experience working within branded B2B and/or B2C environments with exposure to large-scale projects and cross-functional involvement in a variety of areas.
  • Proven experience in leading aggressive and results-driven brand management and product planning strategies using Voice of the Customer (VOC) to identify growth opportunities for the company.
