Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced Product Manager to lead the Multi-Platform initiative at QAD Redzone. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Management, this role is critical to extending our proven iOS experience to a broader web-based platformβ€”enabling seamless functionality across tablets, phones and laptops, with a focus on optimizing for Android.

You’ll be responsible for driving product requirements, design and development, supporting testing and validation, engaging with customers, and ensuring we deliver a thoughtful, intuitive web experience that meets the needs of the shop floor. You’ll also play a key role in communicating progress and aligning stakeholders both internally and externallyβ€”working hand-in-hand with our coaching, sales, marketing, support, and development teams as well as customers using our product.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply collaborative, and has the drive and discipline to take ownership and move a project forward with confidence and clarity.

This position is Full Time, Exempt, Remotely based in the United States and required to travel up to 25% of the time domestically.

Responsibilities

  • Gains a thorough understanding of customer needs and uses that knowledge to help deliver enterprise products that provide an unparalleled experience
  • Translate user needs and business objectives into product strategy, requirements, and wireframes
  • Identifies goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value
  • Continually makes recommendations and refinements to the product based on learnings
  • Identifies pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies and value associated with features and enhancements
  • Supports Redzone’s annual product strategy cadence of ideating and bringing the next big thing to life in order to to increase plant performance and connect frontline workers in manufacturing
  • Facilitates the prioritization and definition of new products and enhancements
  • Supports the development of user stories and requirements
  • Provides feedback to the design team and to Software Engineers during retrospectives
  • Closely partners with Solutions Consultant team and supports during peak sales times
  • Lead the product definition, development, and launch of a web-based, multi-platform version of our existing iOS app
  • Test features and gather ongoing feedback to validate solutions and continuously iterate
  • Own the communication and alignment of priorities across key internal stakeholders including Coaching, Sales, Marketing, and Support

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Exceptional active listening in order to gather requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels including delivering technical presentations
  • Self-motivated and proactive mentality and ability to identify and address process gaps
  • Ability to create and follow standard work processes
  • Ability to identify goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value
  • Demonstrated attention to detail

Education/Experience

Required:

  • 10+ Years of total professional experience
  • 3 years in a Product Management role
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • Experience designing and delivering web-based software products
  • Experience working on multi-platform products
  • Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Figma and Balsamiq or equivalent for backlog management, wireframing and product design collaboration
  • BA or BS Degree

Desired:

  • Experience with SaaS for deskless workers (manufacturing, field service, etc.)
  • Experience using the Redzone product

Additional Information

Compensation Package:

  • Base pay range: Β $140,000 - $150,000 USD Annual (12 Months)Β 
  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
  • This position may be eligible for additional performance incentives
