Location: This is a hybrid position with the requirement to be in office 3 days per week.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with a passion for cybersecurity. The Network Security Product Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging technical innovation with customer and sales engagement. This role is responsible for driving the success of network security products by aligning product strategy with customer needs, enabling sales teams, and ensuring market competitiveness. The PM will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and differentiated solutions.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Advocacy:

  • Serve as the voice of the customer in product planning and execution.

  • Ensures products solve real-world problems and drive customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular customer interviews, participate in account reviews, and lead feedback sessions.

Sales Enablement & Field Support:

  • Equip sales teams with the tools and knowledge to position and sell network security products effectively.

  • Support revenue growth and shorten sales cycles.

  • Create sales playbooks, deliver training, and join strategic sales calls.

Product Strategy & Market Positioning:

  • Define product vision and competitive differentiation.

  • Align product development with market trends and customer demand.

  • Analyze market data, track competitor moves, and refine messaging.

Customer-Facing Roadmap Communication:

  • Present product roadmaps to customers and prospects.

  • Build trust and transparency, and support strategic planning.

  • Host roadmap webinars, attend customer advisory boards, and respond to RFPs.

Sales & Customer Event Participation:

  • Represent the product team at conferences, trade shows, and customer briefings.

  • Build brand presence and strengthen relationships.

  • Deliver keynotes, host breakout sessions, and meet with strategic accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on network security or cybersecurity solutions

  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of network security technologies. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders

  • Sales & Customer Engagement Skills: Experience supporting sales cycles, including customer presentations, RFP responses, and objection handling. Skilled in gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable product requirements. Comfortable leading customer advisory boards, roadmap discussions, and post-sales debriefs

  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business audiences. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, marketing, and customer success

  • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical Background: Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies such as NDR, NAV, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust Architecture, etc.

  • Project Management: Experience with development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and tools (JIRA).

  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problem
