The Product Manager develops, implements, and manages product marketing activities to provide optimum sales and profits to the assigned product line. The Product Manager determines short and long-term strategies and tactics for product marketing. Evaluates the effectiveness of programs and concepts. Understanding of product features, benefits, pricing, positioning, design, and advertising.Β
May include:Β
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities through Voice of Customer and market share analysis.Β
- Develop business cases for the development of new products, including recommending product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the lowest cost products, and attain the highest possible margins and long-term market share.Β
- Manage product life cycles by establishing short and long-range visions for products.Β
- Develop product specifications to meet the voice of customer needs for markets.Β
- Evaluate and escalate risks in projects/products to supervisor and senior management when appropriate.Β
- Monitor competitive activities/products and provide continuous gap analysis in products/services.Β
- Apply knowledge of regulatory requirements for products.Β
- Establish price to market through margin analysis and competitive positions.Β
- Provide sales support for product benefits and features internally and externally (Product/Dealer Meetings)Β
- Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.Β

Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in product managementΒ Β
Education/Certification:
- Bachelorβs degree -Β Sciences, Business, or Marketing preferredΒ
