Assist in developing a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, business needs, and market research.
Contribute to the optimization and creation of new initiatives that deliver customer insights and lead to actionable improvements.
Support the delivery and promotion of superior user experience designs.
Assist in driving UX direction within ecommerce across web, mobile, email, and SMS platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance workload and drive continuous improvement.
Utilize web analytics to support product development, generate reports, and improve the website user experience.
Review user recorded sessions to identify opportunities for user experience improvements and report findings to the team.
Assist in driving our A/B testing efforts on the website, continuously looking for ways to improve the customer user experience and optimize our conversion rates.
Contribute to user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and successful launch of the product.
Support in managing the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
Help in the evaluation process of third-party widgets, assessing their compatibility and potential contribution to our ecommerce platform's user experience.
Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and prioritizing stakeholder requests to manage projects in a timely manner.
Education/Experience: Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2 years in e-commerce. Basic knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing. Experience with user session review tools and data interpretation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Passion for delivering superior user experiences. Familiarity with current industry trends and emerging technologies. A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering the best possible shopping experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office including Office 365, Outlook, and Excel.

Compensation: $70,304.00 - $93,857.00Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.Β Β Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.βRetail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
