As a Product Manager 1, youβll be a key member of Nordstromβs Product Management team, driving customer experience evolution through data-driven insights. By leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs, you'll help deliver essential features, functionality, and programs that enhance Nordstromβs digital presence.Β
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, digital merchandising team, engineers, and designers to create impactful experiences that foster growth across multiple channels and customer journeys.Β Β

Work with manager to develop the following:Β
Deliver marketing and storytelling at scale:β―Develop omni-channel content experiences that dynamically adapt to each customer using insights, life-stage targeting, and AI-powered tools.Β
Β Optimize the browsing experience:β―Help customers seamlessly navigate Nordstrom and Rackβs inventory to find the perfect product.Β
Drive roadmap and execution:β―Prioritize high-impact features and collaborate with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to bring them to life.Β
Enhance content and browsing performance:β―Design A/B tests, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improve content relevance and effectiveness.Β
Champion the customer perspective:β―Identify opportunities from customer behaviors and pain points, turning them into actionable, innovative solutions.Β
Β Bridge teams for alignment:β―Connect marketing, technology, and merchandising stakeholders to create a shared approach to personalized storytellingΒ
You own this if you haveβ¦Β
1+ years of product management experience or equivalent with technology or ecommerce company preferredΒ
Bachelorβs degree in technology, marketing, business, economics, or related quantitative discipline is preferredΒ
Basic technical background and understanding of software development principlesΒ
Basic knowledge of a/b testing fundamentalsΒ
Ability to work build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering and User ExperienceΒ
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsΒ

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $88,500 - $162,500 AnnuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
