What You Will Be Part Of

You will help shape the future of the Radix product suite during a period of rapid expansion. You will partner with a team of product owners, designers and engineers to drive initiatives that directly influence how thousands of multifamily professionals set rents, assess markets and make investment decisions. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and real visibility. Your fingerprints will be on core experiences that define who Radix becomes as we scale.

What You Will Achieve

• Turn complex customer and market problems into clear product strategies that drive adoption, retention and revenue growth
• Lead product discovery to validate the right opportunities and eliminate guesswork
• Deliver high impact releases by aligning engineers, designers, SMEs and go to market teams around clear success metrics
• Drive execution using Jira and Confluence through strong backlog management, structured sprint planning and clear documentation
• Ensure Radix products feel effortless and intuitive by championing UX excellence
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with customers to keep Radix ahead of market shifts
• Develop and coach product owners so the entire product organization levels up with you

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or data-centric environment.
• Proven success using agile and lean methodologies to deliver meaningful customer outcomes
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with SQL or other data query tools
• Proficiency with our core stack: Jira, Miro, Confluence, Pendo, Figma.
• A bias toward action...you enjoy unblocking teams, connecting dots, and moving work forward.
• Confident partner to engineering who respects the craft and speaks the language
• Skilled communicator who can earn trust across technical and business teams
• Customer centric thinker who listens closely but owns the product vision
• Experience in multifamily real estate or financial technology strongly preferred.
