About the role:
Red Hat's corporate Digital Experience team is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Partner Experience to join our team. This role will lead the user-centered Digital Experience Strategy for Red Hat's partner experience. You will be responsible for defining and enhancing the digital journey for partners, ensuring they have the tools and resources to effectively engage with Red Hat, transact business, and drive mutual growth. This includes developing solutions for partner onboarding, product access, enablement, and co-selling/co-marketing activities.
Your mission is to support Red Hat's business and product portfolio goals by delivering seamless, valuable digital experiences that serve our partners and drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, and a passion for using data to guide decision-making.
What you will do:
Partner Experience Strategy: Define and lead the strategic roadmap for a competitive and modern digital experience tailored to Red Hat's partners. This includes developing and prioritizing initiatives that improve the quality, usability, and performance of partner-facing platforms.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, and IT teams to shape and deliver the strategic evolution of Red Hatβs platform capabilities for partners.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to discover and evaluate existing and future capabilities across our digital ecosystem, ensuring new solutions meet the requirements of both Red Hat and its partners.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize qualitative and quantitative dataβincluding partner research, feedback, satisfaction scoring, and competitive analysisβto identify opportunities to deliver a differentiated and consistent partner experience.
Business Case Creation: Create compelling business cases for platform improvements, defining goals, KPIs, and targets for proposed initiatives with web data analysts and scrum teams.
Communication: Present proposals, strategic direction, and project resultsβincluding partner-related KPIsβto team members, leadership, and stakeholders effectively.
Advocacy: Act as the voice of the partner, serving each functional team and encouraging empathy and cross-functional support for the partner experience.
What you will bring:
10+ years of relevant product management or technical marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
7+ years of software industry experience overall, with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based offerings.
3-5 years of product management experience specifically with partner-facing products, portals, or platforms.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the challenges partners face, including onboarding, enablement, deal registration, and co-marketing.
Experience with cloud and software-as-a-service business models, and a proven track record of using a product-led approach to growth within a partner context.
Experience with partner lifecycle messaging and flows, including post-sale engagement, training, and support.
Experience collaborating with third-party providers or partners to facilitate the integration of their offerings onto a platform.
Proven ability to work with peers in user research, user interface design, and user experience design to create intuitive and valuable partner-facing tools.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hatβs compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.Β
