Description

We are looking for a hustler! Someone who challenges the status quo based on the strong analytical and data-driven skills with an understanding of the strategic initiatives that drive the most business value.Β 

This is a fast-paced multi-task environment where quick decisions and fast actions drive the success.Β 

  • Articulate a clear product vision and help define the product roadmap.
  • Define and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, solution positioning and opportunities.
  • Sales strategy and enablement: Collaborate with the different sales team across all regions and industries. Collaborate with the outbound product team to develop value propositions and messaging to help creating winning strategies.
  • Lead and pipeline management: Develop and implement strategies to help sales generate the leads and optimize the sales pipeline based on the growth objectives
  • Reporting and analytics: Define KPIs to measure and track success of the growth initiatives.
  • Launches and campaigns: Plan, coordinate and execute targeted internal and external campaigns.Β

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
