DescriptionLead development and management of professional services tied to optimizing customer success with Oracle Tech Cloud IaaS and PaaS services across commercial cloud, dedicated cloud, multicloud and sovereign cloud deployment models, and by enabling acceleration of customer workloads to the Oracle Tech Cloud.
The successful candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 6 years of experience with Oracle Tech Cloud IaaS and PaaS servicesΒ inbound and outboundΒ product management and/or solution architecture development
- A consistent track record of delivering successful IaaS and PaaS cloud services related products/solutions from ideation to launch to end of life while in a formal Product Management or Solution Architect role.Β
- Demonstrated agility to adapt and flourish when faced with unexpected changes in business conditions, priorities and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness; proven communication, collaboration, presentation, critical thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Energy and results orientation to identify and resolve obstacles impeding progress

Responsibilities
- Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for IaaS/PaaS professional services portfolio (Customer Success Services / CSS)
- Develop, launch and update CSS services working with customers, Oracle Development/Cloud Operations/Support, and senior stakeholders in CSS Delivery, Pre-Sales and Business Development teams
- Deliver service launch and ongoing service training and positioning sessions to CSS sales and pre-sales teams, and across lines of business within Oracle
- Work with CSS GTM team to help develop go to market initiatives to drive Cloud services sales
- Identify and track to completion opportunities and develop initiatives to boost CSS IaaS/PaaS services adoptionΒ
- Develop deep understanding of the Oracle Tech Cloud IaaS/PaaS ecosystem including professional and support services; track trends and provide competitive intelligence analysis of competitive service offeringsΒ
- Understand customer needs and build service use-cases to drive service improvement and develop new service offerings
- Work with CSS field stakeholder teams to drive and leverage field based innovation in new service offerings
- Provide support to field sales/pre-sales teams: during sales pursuits, positioning and communicating CSS IaaS/PaaS ecosystem service offerings, service quoting and responding to related questions
- Assist with service performance tracking and KPIs relating to service sales performance
- Work collaboratively with other members of the product management team where IaaS/PaaS services interface with other services in the CSS portfolio
