About the Team
The Principal Product Manager will join the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) product management team at Nutanix. The team is characterized by a culture of high performance, autonomy, and collaboration, focusing on innovative solutions in the hyperconverged infrastructure space. They are dedicated to developing cutting-edge, market-leading products and solutions that enhance business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities for customers, ensuring robust and reliable operations in complex environments.
You will report to the Director of Product Management, who fosters a leadership style that emphasizes empowerment, open communication, and a passion for innovation. You will be the primary go-to resource for your areas of expertise, participating in major events such as .NEXT, Global Tech Summit, and Sales Kick-Off. Β You will also drive key field-facing GTM initiatives with your partners in Product and Solutions Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales Leadership. This is a high-visibility role with a lot of room to grow and expand, vertically and horizontally, within the organization.Β
There are some travel requirements for this role. The Principal Product Manager will focus on driving initiatives and collaboration primarily through virtual means. This setup enables the team to maintain efficiency while connecting with stakeholders and partners across diverse locations.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 182,400 and USD $ 364,800 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
