As a Product Manager in the U.S. Virtual Solutions Product Team,Β you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Job responsibilities
- Define and execute endβtoβend product strategy and visionΒ for U.S. Virtual Solutions, whichΒ is anchored to customer value, revenue, and profitability goals
- Lead discovery and market research; synthesize insights into the roadmap and investment theses
- Develop and prioritizeΒ the Regional product backlog to deliver the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Establish a measurement framework and KPIs; track costs, adoption, risk posture, reliability, and outcomes
- Identify, validate, and scale highβvalue use cases with crossβfunctional partners (Sales, Client Service, Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Legal, Controls)
- Review product financials and performance trends; partner with Finance to diagnose drivers and courseβcorrect
- Analyze product, client, and operational data to surface insights and inform prioritization and tradeβoffs
- Lead endβtoβend issue triage and resolution for client and operational matters; capture learnings and implement preventive actions
- Track and report incoming inquiries; build reporting that illuminates U.S. market performance and stakeholder needs
- Communicate priorities, progress, and impact via clear, concise, executiveβready materials and presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Β
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problemβsolving skills; comfort mining and interpreting data
- Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions to drive results
- Persistence in determining root cause and engaging stakeholders to drive resolution
- Proven ability to organize projects, advance product use cases, and drive to closure
- Strong communication and influence skills; clear, executiveβready written and verbal communication
