Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

As an Outbound Product Manager, you'll be the storyteller and strategist who brings our product vision to life for potential customers. You’ll play a crucial role in communicating the why and how behind our products—not just the what. This is a cross-functional position that blends product knowledge, customer empathy, and strong communication skills.
You’ll work closely with product management, marketing, development, sales, and documentation teams to create compelling narratives and impactful assets like demos, videos, slide decks, webinars, hands-on labs, and websites.
Your goal: help customers quickly understand the value of our products and how they solve real-world problems.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a similar outbound-facing role
- Strong storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to create persuasive website and marketing content that resonates with customers
- Proven experience producing marketing and sales enablement assets (videos, decks, demos, etc.)
- Technically curious and able to quickly grasp and explain complex concepts
- Comfortable working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Cloud (Oracle, Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Craft and communicate compelling product stories that clearly highlight benefits and use cases
- Coordinate and co-develop customer-facing materials such as demos, presentations, product videos, webinars, and case studies
- Collaborate with marketing to develop content that clearly communicates product and feature benefits
- Partner with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with product strategy
- Work with the product team to deeply understand new features and releases
