Microsoft Solutions Product Manager

We are seeking a Microsoft Solutions Product Manager (in other companies this person could hold the title of Microsoft Solutions Architect, IT Solutions Product Manager, or Enterprise Solutions Manager), responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the customer's suite of Microsoft-based products and services, such as Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.

This role is a hybrid remote role and must be based in the U.S. — candidates outside the U.S. will not be considered.
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong technical knowledge of designing and deploying Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, Azure AD Connect, and Power Platform governance, along with excellent project management skills, and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward a common vision. hands-on experience.

Job Duties Include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft solutions within the Managed IT Services portfolio.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to define architecture and technical requirements.
• Implement, test, and deploy Microsoft-based solutions.
• Ensure solutions leverage the latest Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365).
• Oversee integration of Microsoft solutions with other IT services.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Define and document product requirements and specifications.
• Provide training to sales teams and develop sales collateral.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft solutions.
• Oversee solution development lifecycle and manage project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, focusing on Microsoft solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft SQL, Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Project management experience with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft Partner Network and Managed IT Services environment.

• Successful adoption and growth of Microsoft solutions among customers.
• Achievement of revenue and profitability targets for Microsoft-based services.
• Positive feedback from customers and stakeholders on the usability and effectiveness of Microsoft solutions.
• Effective alignment of the Microsoft solutions roadmap with customer needs and market trends.
• High level of cross-functional collaboration and strong relationships with Microsoft partners.
