Position Overview:
As the senior leader of the organization, the Managing Partner ensures alignment of people, strategy, and culture while guiding the firm toward sustainable growth and long-term success. This role embodies and amplifies our Truly Human Leadership culture as a guiding light for the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
β’ Create a high-performance environment β implement the systems, resources, and accountability structures that enables the organization to achieve exceptional results, while enabling decisions to be made at the lowest level possible.

β’ Drive business growth β expand through both organic opportunities and mergers/acquisitions while safeguarding the organizationβs culture and values.
Β β’ Ensure operational excellence β align processes, tools, and talent to deliver outstanding client experiences and sustainable business operations.
Β β’ Provide clear, courageous and decisive leadership β make informed, timely decisions that incorporate diverse perspectives and streamline business operations.
β’ Foster trust and alignment across the organization β openly identify and leverage each team memberβs individual passions and strengths to advance organizational goals, while supporting them in finding daily fulfillment in their role.
β’ Balance leadership and hands-on involvement β actively engage with the Partner team while guiding them toward unified goals and shared success.
β’ Stay connected to client work β oversee and, where appropriate, lead high-impact client engagements from discovery through delivery
β’ Financial management β monitor financial health of the organization including creating budgets, managing cash flow, implementing financial strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
β’ Serve as a visible and respected leader β represent Chapman & Co. with professionalism, authenticity, and thought leadership in all settings.

Β Qualifications:
β’ Depth of Experience β 20+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership or advisory roles in consulting, strategy, or organizational development.
Β β’ Client Leadership β A proven ability to work with executive teams and boards, building trusted relationships at the highest levels.
β’ Entrepreneurial Spirit β Comfort with ambiguity, growth, and building something special β ideally with experience in practice-building or firm leadership.
β’ Commercial Acumen β A track record of business development and revenue growth, with an ability to translate insight into opportunity.
β’ Thought Leadership β Strong communication skills β writing, speaking, facilitation β and a presence that inspires confidence and curiosity.
β’ Human-Centered Leadership β A deep commitment to people and culture.
