Ideal candidates would have 10+ years of management consulting with 3-5 years of experience in program management and have strong interpersonal skills, have superior oral and written communication skills, a client service focus, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations and implement complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.Β STRATEGIC CONSULTING RESPONSIBILITIESΒ
- Assess organizational challenges: Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, or strategic misalignment.
- Analyze data and trends: Use analytics to support recommendations (financials, KPIs, performance metrics).
- Develop business cases: Build and present strategic plans to senior stakeholders.
- Provide expert recommendations: Suggest solutions aligned with business goals (e.g., org design, digital transformation, change management).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews: Gather requirements and insights across departments.Β
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIESΒ
- Provide project leadership in all aspects of planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and anticipate the needs as driven by project work plans.
- Independently manage resources and be able to deliver all components of basic and standalone projects.
- Plan client meetings by anticipating needs as driven by the work plan, coordinate meetings with key users, develop data requests and document key questions to be answered throughout the engagement.
- Produce project documentation, research briefs, meeting materials, analysis, graphics, best practice presentations, benchmark information and interim and final deliverables.
- Create meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Create work plans including project staffing, project approach, and resource requests to be reviewed with clients and executives.
- Plan and manage large-scale initiatives: Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align efforts across business units, IT, and external vendors.
- Drive implementation: Ensure execution of strategic plans and manage the change management process.
- Monitor and report progress: Track KPIs, generate dashboards, and communicate updates to executives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations: Serve as the bridge between business sponsors and project teams.
ADDITIIONAL QUALIFICATIONSΒ
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar.
- Management consulting experience, including client facing experience.
- 3-5 years of program management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing program budgets and large teams.
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with a drive to get all types of work done with high attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to communicate across all mediums and settings; superior consulting and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational modeling, capital planning models and workforce models.
- Project and program management (Agile, PMP preferred).
- Change management experience.
- Business process improvement experience.
- Financial modeling and ROI analysis experience.
- Strong relationship building between internal customers, vendors and employees
COMPENSATION- The position is full time and will include a base salary, plus commission, and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation, and 401(k) with company match.
