About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Product Manager to own our Computer Vision and Video platform within Service Products. You'll set the product strategy for how vision and video capabilities get built into the Service experience, manage a small team, and coordinate with engineering across time zones.

We're looking for someone with strong product fundamentals who has shipped AI-native product before: you owned what the AI should do, not just where to bolt it onto someone else's roadmap. We also want someone who's actually managed people, with reviews, growth plans, and accountability for what their team delivers.

What You'll Own

* The Computer Vision and Video platform roadmap: what ships, in what order, and why

* AI-native product decisions within that scope, including when a model should inform a decision, act on its own, or route to a human

* A team of at least 2 direct reports

* Coordination across time zones between US-based product and distributed engineering teams

Duties & Responsibilities

Own Product Strategy & Outcomes

Set the vision for computer vision and video capabilities inside Service Products, and stay accountable for the outcomes, not just the launch dates.

Drive Business Impact

Tie your roadmap to numbers that matter: adoption, accuracy, time saved, revenue impact.

Customer-Centric Product Development

Get in front of the people using this product. Video and computer vision features get tested by service bay lighting and technicians in a hurry, and that's where you'll learn what actually works.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work daily with engineering on model architecture tradeoffs, with design on how vision output gets surfaced to a technician mid-repair, and with data science on what accuracy threshold is actually good enough for this use case.

Platform & Scale Thinking

Design so other teams can build on top of what you ship. This role is about a platform that scales across dealership sizes and use cases, not a single feature.

Mentorship & Product Excellence

Manage your direct reports with the seriousness the job deserves, and set the standard for how AI-native product gets built on your team.

Execution With Velocity

Ship and iterate quickly. Platform ambition is not an excuse to move slowly.

Qualifications

* 8+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products, with strong command of the fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmap definition, post-launch iteration

* Experience shipping AI-native product where you owned the decision of what the AI does and why

* Direct experience in Computer Vision and Video platform product work. Tell us what you shipped, what the model did, and what happened when it was wrong

* 2+ years managing a team of at least 2 direct reports, including performance management and growth planning

* Experience coordinating work across time zones with distributed or offshore engineering teams

* Strong systems design and product architecture skills, with the ability to design scalable, extensible technical solutions

* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence engineering, design, and data science without formal authority over them

* Experience building systems and processes that scale, beyond individual feature delivery

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, or Fixed Ops/Service workflows

* Experience with model deployment, MLOps, or production monitoring for vision/video models

* Familiarity with responsible AI principles, model explainability, and failure-mode design for computer vision systems

* Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution

A quick note: if you've read this carefully, mention the phrase "JiraHunters" in your interview. It's our team's internal name, and it's how we know you actually read the job description.
